As quickly as I can, I intend to contact all of our clients personally to provide a full explanation of recent events and the reasoning behind our having to bring forward the software upgrades at such short notice.
Right now, my priority is ensuring everything is running smoothly again – for you, your business, and for all the clients I’ve spent the last 20 years supporting. I genuinely care about the people I work with, and that commitment remains unchanged.
There was a trigger event that made it necessary to bring forward the introduction of this new technology.
For now, as I’ve said, the team and I are working around the clock, and our only priority is to get everyone settled again and remain focused on caring for – and supporting – your business for the next 20 years.
